You can use the calculator to estimate your cost, then click “Order Now” and proceed to payment. Make sure to upload your RAW files or Smart Preview catalog to Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer before placing the order.
What types of files do you accept?
I accept RAW files, Lightroom Smart Previews, or high-resolution JPEGs if RAW is not available.
How long does the editing process take?
The average turnaround time is 2-5 days, depending on the number of images and the complexity of the edits.
Can I request a specific editing style?
Yes, you can upload reference images or a DNG file with your Lightroom preset. If sending a Smart Preview Catalog, you can also include images that have already been edited as client previews. This will help me see your processing style directly within the catalog and ensure a consistent look across all images. Additionally, I have a set of presets specifically designed for wedding photography, based on the preferences of most clients. I can apply and fine-tune these presets to match your project’s needs.
What happens after I place an order?
After payment, I will process your images and deliver them via Google Drive or Dropbox. You will receive an email with the download link once your edits are ready.
Can I request revisions?
One round of revisions is included—just let me know within 48 hours if you need any tweaks.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe is the primary payment method, ensuring security and convenience. For package orders, I can also accept crypto payments if preferred.
Can I submit Smart Previews instead of RAW files?
Yes, you can send a Lightroom Smart Preview catalog to reduce file size and speed up the process.
