Service — We provide wedding photo color correction and retouching for professional photographers worldwide, working with Smart Previews and RAW files. Deadlines are agreed per project.

Free Test — Free test edits for new clients (quantity agreed before start).

Turnaround — Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after receiving files/instructions. Larger orders may take longer; rush orders (<48h) may incur an extra fee.

Client Responsibilities — Clients must provide clear editing style references (such as presets, sample galleries, or written notes) and ensure they hold the necessary rights to all files, including model or property releases. Clients are also fully responsible for verifying their files before sharing download links. This includes checking that all intended files are present and correctly uploaded, that no folders are empty, that files are not corrupted, and that no cameras or photographers are missing from the upload. Clients must also state in writing the original number of RAW files from all cameras of the entire wedding, as well as the expected total number of files, when delivering the archive or cloud link.

All files to be edited must be provided in full before the project starts. Files uploaded after editing has begun are not included in the agreed scope of work and will be treated as a separate order, subject to new fees and revised deadlines.

If files are missing, incomplete, or corrupted due to client error, any additional editing, re-editing, or re-uploading will be treated as a new order or may incur extra fees and extended deadlines.

Revisions & Acceptance — One round of reasonable revisions is included per wedding/project (unless agreed otherwise). Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days after delivery; if no requests are made within this period, the work is considered accepted.

Payments & Refunds — All prices in USD; processed via Stripe, Payoneer, or approved providers. Work starts after payment confirmation (except free tests). Refunds (single or package orders) are issued minus non-refundable payment processing fees (Stripe, Payoneer, bank, etc.).

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

Before work starts — full refund minus the non-refundable payment processing fee.

Work in progress — partial refund proportional to the uncompleted portion of the project, minus payment processing fees.

After final delivery — no refunds, except if the agreed service was not delivered.

Package orders — if a refund is requested, all completed weddings are recalculated at the standard single-order rate according to the online calculator on our website. The refund is based on the adjusted total, minus processing fees.

Refunds go to the original method within 5–10 business days; currency/bank fees are borne by client. Payment failures/overdue invoices may pause service. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

Chargebacks & Disputes — Unauthorized chargebacks breach these Terms. We provide delivery/communication proof to the payment provider. Chargebacks after acceptance still require full payment.

Pricing & Calculator Policy — All prices are calculated by the online calculator on this website. If the requested number of final photos differs from the calculator result, the total will be adjusted accordingly, except for wedding packages, which are subject to separate fixed pricing.

Package Limits

Each wedding in a package includes up to 6,000 RAW files for culling and 1,200 final photos for color correction.

If a wedding exceeds these limits, the additional photos are billed at the standard calculator rates on our website ($0.02 per RAW for culling, $0.20 per final photo for color correction).

Alternatively, if the overage is substantial, the wedding may be processed as a separate single order at calculator rates.

Intellectual Property — Edited images remain your property. We may request portfolio use with your consent; opt-out anytime.

AI Tools — We may use professional AI-assisted tools (color grading, masking, denoise). Data is not used to train public AI models. Non-AI workflow available on request.

File Retention — Smart Previews: up to 1 year; RAW files: up to 1 month. Then deleted permanently.

Confidentiality — All files, briefs, and deliverables kept confidential unless disclosure required by law or authorized by you.

Subcontracting & Non-Solicitation — We may engage vetted subcontractors. You agree not to hire them directly for 12 months after last delivery.

Liability — Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project; no indirect/incidental damages.

Indemnity — You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, or costs from your breach of Terms or misuse of deliverables.

Force Majeure — Not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (internet outages, disasters, strikes, regulatory actions).

Color Disclaimer — Colors may differ across devices/prints. We deliver to industry standards but cannot guarantee identical output everywhere.

Governing Law — Governed by Thailand law; disputes resolved in Phuket courts unless alternative dispute resolution is agreed.
